I'm Jesseca Hubert, and for over 20 years, I have dedicated my career to helping people build healthy, sustainable lifestyles. As a health coach, yoga teacher, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their well-being—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

 

My passion for wellness stems from a deeply personal place. As a childhood cancer survivor, I learned early on the importance of resilience, self-care, and the power of movement in healing and transformation. My journey taught me that true health isn’t just about exercise or diet—it’s about creating a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle that supports long-term well-being.

Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those just beginning their health journey to individuals looking to refine their habits and mindset. I take a holistic approach, focusing on movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and behavior change to help people build routines that fit their unique lives. My goal isn’t just to help clients achieve short-term results, but to equip them with the tools and strategies to maintain a thriving, healthy lifestyle for years to come.

SUP YO 25 hour

25 hours of paddleboard yoga training through SUP YO Adventures

2022

​RYT 200 Hour

Globally recognized credential by Yoga Alliance as a comprehensive 200-hour yoga teacher training program through Roots Yoga. This certification covers yoga philosophy, asana (postures), breathwork, meditation, anatomy, and teaching methodology, equipping instructors with the knowledge to lead safe and effective classes.

2021

Group Fitness Certification

The ACE Group Fitness Certification prepares instructors to lead safe, effective, and engaging group workouts. It covers exercise science, class design, cueing, motivation, and injury prevention, allowing instructors to teach various formats like HIIT, strength training, dance, and cycling. Certified professionals can lead classes in gyms, studios, and virtual settings, helping others achieve their fitness goals through dynamic group exercise

Health Coach Certification

IIN's Health Coach Training Program, demonstrating understanding of dietary and nutrition theories, and business and coaching skills. 

2008

Personal Training Certification

Personal Trainer certification equips fitness professionals with the knowledge and skills to design and implement safe and effective exercise programs, emphasizing evidence-based exercise science and a client-centered approach to behavior change
